By combining VernerJohnson’s design expertise and expansive portfolio with Gienapp Architects’ excellence in project management and execution, the partnership will increase the resources of both firms and the services available to clients.

Gienapp Architects was founded in 2000 to provide excellence in architectural design, project management and superior service to clients in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Their services include building design, project management, feasibility studies, master planning, site selection analysis, code review and evaluation, building assessment as well as due diligence and space needs analysis. They have proven success in providing architectural services for commercial, multifamily, city/state, educational, and historic buildings as well as providing Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services.
